You will be joining us at a pivotal time in Compost’s journey, working closely with other directors and our CEO to set and deliver our strategic goals, developing the sustainability of our business model, and refreshing our team to ensure we have the skills and diversity we need for our next chapter.
If you are passionate about enabling voluntary and community organisations to thrive and connect, then this is the role for you.
We are looking for people willing to bring energy, enthusiasm and commitment to the role, and who will broaden the diversity of background, experience and thinking on our board. Ideally, we would like our new directors to have an interest and/or expertise in health & safety, IT, marketing, HR or finance. As noted above we are particularly interested in recruiting a director who would also act as Treasurer.
We encourage applications from those who are underrepresented on our board; our aim is to improve the diversity of our board.
